The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is an organization dedicated to decreasing rates of suicide by funding research, creating educational programs, advocating for public policy, and supporting survivors of suicide loss. Each year, the AFSP organizes Out of the Darkness Community Walks in all 50 states. These walks are the largest AFSP fundraisers and have a tremendous impact on raising community awareness for mental health.
The Greater Philadelphia Out of the Darkness Walk is taking place on Sunday, October 6, 2019. For event details or to register for the Philadelphia Walk, click on the button below.
